Standards
Circular Energy Infrastructure (CEI) works to standards. The standards are published by UGSO.org, and they set out what an energy asset must record and do across its life, from design to the recovery of its materials. Asset data held in the Circular Asset Ledger is checked against UGSO.org standards and against third-party standards.
Standards by Domain
Each domain below has UGSO.org standards that apply to it. The status shown on UGSO.org portal for every standard listed is Final Draft.

Onshore Wind
The Onshore Wind Energy Sub-Standard sets requirements for onshore wind from design to removal. Three of its protocols apply most directly to foundations and materials.
Offshore Wind
The Offshore Wind Energy Sub-Standard covers lifecycle integrity and environmental accountability at sea.
Across Domains
The Energy & Infrastructure Continuity standard sets the requirements that the energy domains share. The Clean-Loop Materials standard keeps the materials in an asset identifiable and recoverable for their next use, and its protocols apply to most domains.
